The binary community is waiting for the start of the next week, because in the Monday afternoon, a quietly-scheduled event by Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) will be held in Los Angeles, where a “major” undisclosed announcement will be made.
As some of the binary analysts say, that might be the big unveiling of the long-time rumored entry for the company in the tablet computer market. The device will probably run on Windows RT, a version of Windows 8 that is optimized for the ARM chips. The Microsoft-manufactured product will, once again, put the company in direct competition with one of its biggest rivals – Apple Inc.
The tablet market is growing faster than expected and is mostly considered the Apple territory, as the binary analysts do not forget to mention. So far the iPad is dominating the industry and is predicted to account for 62.5% of the shipments this year. According to the same sources, shipments of tablets using Android will be about 36.5 percent.
As you can see from the cart, the binary markets are already reacting to the rumor, as the price of the asset rose by 2.10% in two hours. If Microsoft’s presentation goes according to plan, that might trigger another bullish reaction for the company’s binary options. The binary traders might want to consider buying some calls on MSFT if such thing happens.
