Usually, the month of August is the time when the binary traders invest what they have earned during the year. Volatility decreases are marked and volumes are light. However, successful binary trading is not always easy and it does not mean that binary Dow Jones Industrials is completely stagnant. However, this move could be only short-lived and binary options could return within the range of 13200-13100 points.
