Many investors from all over the
world are investing in options trading and even you can invest in the Futures
and Options in the commodity market. These contracts have a predefined
expiration date and a definite maturity period. So every contract will have a
pre-decided date on which it will expire. Let us take an example where the
soybean’s rate is $7.00 in the month of November and you expect the price to
rise in the future. So, you buy a contract to buy the soybean at a future date
(For example, October) at $7.00. So, the contract will expire in October.

I didn't quite understand…is this only in case of trading futures in commodity options? Also, I didn't get the part of purchasing soyabean in the month of October and the option expiring in the same month…if you could explain it again with some other example, probably I will be able to grasp the essence of commodity options. Another thing is that supposing a trader has been engaged in binary option trading for quite some time, then is it possible for him to trade the same way even in commodity options i.e. predicting only the direction of an option's price movement?
