As the name implies, forex options denote trading the options on the currency pairs. The forex market is considered the most volatile of the financial markets. However, the introduction of options to the forex market has provided the forex traders an opportunity to make large amount of money with limited risk. Also, they use the options as a hedging tool, further minimizing the chances of losses. There is another benefit of trading forex options and that is the ability to trade even when the market is falling by going short. So if you intend to trade forex options, look out for a reliable broker.

The end of the month is nearing. I think it's the right time to think of some end of month options. I'm looking for something to pop or drop. Do you see some currency pair that could make a major movement?

I found monthly options hard to trade. You have to catch trends to be profitable.

Yes, ecr, but otherwise you might lose money just because it takes time for a certain trend to take hold.

I don't like the date limitations. It will be better if option providers make 30 days options starting every day, not just every 1st day of the month or every first Monday…
