Boundary options as the name suggests, the price has to remain inside a predetermined price range. If the price breaks the boundary on either side of the range the trader loses the money.
Hence this type of options are considered as the highest risk options.

However boundary option with a large range is a better bet than a small one.
Some traders also prefer more stable assets than volatile ones that move
up and down considerably throughout the day.

Yes there are several benefits. Boundary options only needs you to choose range. Suppose a stock price is trading at $10 and you choose the range of $8 to $12. Now you will be in the money if stock prices decrease till $8 or increases till $12.
Hence setting the right range is important here. In above example you will earn profit even if your stock prices increases or decreases.

I don't see boundary options as very risky. Depending on the case the risk can be actually very low.

I found range options very attractive, especially in the evenings and in days wiouth significant economic events.

Range options are always a nice way to make money, no matter what the market is – if it's volatile you enter range out and vice versa

I like them as well, because in range bound market its very frustrating yo wait for digital options or touch options to be in the money, so you simply enter range in

By interesting I mean that these binary options are more like the plain vanilla. You can buy and sell them, pay premium when you buy and receive premium when you sell.
